Daniel 2
You have created us for Yourself, and our heart cannot be stilled until it finds rest in You. - Augustine
The king who had it all, could not get any rest. Until Daniel, through the power of God interpretted his dream. The dream was good news. Good news to everyone, that one day there would be a sovereign King ruling over His forever Kingdom, and anyone who surrenders to that King will enjoy His reign with Him. Trusting in and relying on this true King gives us rest now and forever.
