James 5:1-6

Becoming a Christian is not just reading scripture and thinking Godly thoughts. It is about pursuing Christ with all of our lives and allowing the Holy Spirit to change us. That means no part of our lives is unaffected. In some things we will see renewed passion and an ability to achieve even more. In some things we will lose desire and perhaps be led to walk away altogether. James has been explaining to us how true faith affects our lives and today we will see how a lack of faith can lead to self indulgence that leads to separation from God.
