Psalm 78

One of the most important prayers we can pray is for the next generation, because faith is never meant to stop with us. Psalm 78 shows that lasting faith is formed when children are taught both what God has done and how God calls His people to live, so their hearts are anchored in hope and their lives shaped by obedience. When one generation faithfully tells God’s works and teaches God’s Word, the next is prepared to trust Him and remain faithful in a changing world.

“So that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments.” — Psalm 78:7
