John 3:1-21

For the first step in walking with the Lord, we turn to John chapter 3, where we find the most well known verse and also one of the most confusing conversations recorded in Scripture.

Jesus said that mankind's problem is that no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born again. The only way to be born again is to experience the miraculous work of the Holy Spirit's cleansing and renewing. But this great work results in belief in Christ, freedom from sin, and confidence in God's presence. Jesus describes here the first step anyone must take if they desire to walk with the Lord.
