Colossians 3:15-17
We are often told to "count our blessings", but "counting our struggles" seems to come more natural for many of us. Paul tells the Colossian believers that when they focus on Christ and His Kingdom, that everything in life falls into it's correct place; including our attitude of gratitude. When we look past the things directly in front of us and cast our gaze on Christ, we begin to see life more clearly and then see that we have much to be grateful for.
Christ is the lens by which we can view life in a grateful way.
