Matthew 6:16-18 | Mathew 4:4
What if the things we reach for every day—food, comfort, noise, convenience—are quietly shaping our hearts more than we realize?
Fasting invites us to step into that tension, not as a way to earn God’s favor, but as a way to rediscover what truly sustains us. When we willingly set aside good gifts for a time, we learn again that we do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.
