Luke 1:1-25
It is a terrifying thing to think, bu imagine if God stopped speaking to us. This is basically what happened between the Old Testament and the New Testament. These 400 years of silence set up for God to break the silence with the miraculous birth of one last prophet that would prepare the way for the coming Messiah.
