James 4:1-6
What causes quarrels and what causes fights among you?
The source of conflict in our lives is not those around us or the situation that we are in. The source of our conflict is always our fleshly desires that lead us to fight for ourselves. In that fight, simultaneously, we hurt others and we reject the Lord's desires for us. Humility before the Lord is the only way to win the battel over our desires.
