Acts 17:16-34
What would you consider the most essential characteristics that believers need to effectively share the Gospel?
In Athens, Paul shares the Gospel with the Jews in the Synagogues and the Gentiles in the marketplace. In the marketplace, he runs into some Philosophers that invite him to share his views and thoughts in their debate auditorium. The way Paul shares the Gospel with them is so interesting and helpful for us as we prepare to share the Gospel with a similar culture (one that increasingly does not have a Biblical foundation). We learn multiple lessons from Paul as he shares that are good principles for us to work toward in our evangelism encounters.
